I’ll never ever doubt someone going through a heartbreak again , this shit hurts . Especially investing countless days trying to get to know that person so we’ll just to be a better man just to waste that experience. So sorry guys i come here and act strong but here I am feeling like Im at the buttom again

All those days getting to know that person weren't wasted, to my mind. Whoever you were trying to be a better man for, you still got some practice being him.

Apologising to us for not acting strong is the bit I'd argue with. Telling a room you're at the bottom again takes more nerve than the act ever did.
