is there something that usually pulls you back when it gets too dystopian, or do you have to wait for something to happen?
Sometimes I wonder...
I have thoughts that I can't just seem to stop for my own good. I wake up every day to struggle between the carols of what-ifs ringing in my head.

I have thoughts that I can't just seem to stop for my own good.
I wake up every day to struggle between the carols of what-ifs ringing in my head.
Sometimes I feel dystopian even, like a touch of reality brings me back to a life , I doubt is even mine.
Everything has unfolded as I predicted it to be in my head already. But in the moment I thought of it, it just sounded like a deep-buried fragment of my conscience that I wasn't yet ready to explore.

Permalinkwhen you say everything has unfolded as you predicted, do you mean things actually happen the way you thought, or they feel like they do even when they don't?
-
Permalinki know that feeling, when you have thought something all the way to the end already and the real moment just cannot match it. that is a lot to carry.
-
Permalinkdo you ever get a moment where the what-ifs stop, or is it like constant background noise all day?
-
Permalinkwhat does it mean when you say the what-ifs ring like carols? are they actually singing or is that the feeling when you wake up?
-
Permalinkwhat-ifs ringing, are they loud in your head or more like background static?
-
Permalinki copied down the bit about feeling dystopian. that is the exact moment when reality doesn't match what you already lived in your head.

Permalinkthose what-ifs that ring every morning, are they the same ones over and over, or do different ones haunt you on different days?
