I just finished 4 training sessions:

Triple kick returning with the right leg on the fourth kick, no-hands "parafuso" twice in a row, one-turn "parafuso" with hands + 360°, double kick with "ginga" and dodge, left kick with a turn of the right leg.

And 4 stretches.

Determination and focus are everything!
