I have been feeling the same way recently, the feeling of getting abandoned and not being enough scares meto the core, it may sound pathetic but it is what it is. I wanna stop feeling this way and I wanna be enough for myself

I felt this when I left my church. One day you're part of something, and the next you're looking for the shoulder to cry on and realizing everyone you knew was there because of a place you can't go back to. The loneliness of being unseen while searching for someone is different. You're aware it's happening, and aware no one's coming, at the exact same time.
