Tom Jobim and bossa nova in the background,

weaving the feeling

that on that night you would be mine.

Whispers in the ear, they said:

"tonight is ours,

so take a deep breath and follow my steps".

Don't look to the side,

just focus on us,

this night will be unforgettable,

I guarantee you,

you are mine, forever mine.

I am in ecstasy with your love,

lost, blind and delirious.

This night is ours,

we will be dancing as long as Tom Jobim is playing.

    Tom Jobim playing under the whole thing makes sense for this one, bossa nova is music people actually dance close to. I bet the Portuguese version you posted sounds even softer, those songs were written for that language. Glad to see this series keep growing in both, it's a nice thing to have around here :)
