a lot of people said someone couldn't be changed for himself if isn't because of himself, I thought someone also could change because of how people treat they like, cause I felt it to and it was my traumatic side ever, have you feel same to ?

PermalinkYeah, I've felt this. The line that you can only change for yourself sounds strong, but it skips over how much of who we are got built by how people treated us in the first place. When someone finally treated me like I wasn't a problem to manage, my whole nervous system relaxed and I started showing up different without forcing it. Naming it as your traumatic side, like you did, is already you looking straight at the thing. 🌱

Besides my job, where I observe successful people doing the same role with drastically...
