Contrarian Lifting
The gym runs on memes that survive because they are easy to repeat, not because they are true. The big three as a cure-all, soreness as the proof of a good session, anything past three reps as cardio, two hours of mobility drills standing in for a strength a lifter never built. Each piece takes one received idea, grants the small thing it gets right, then names the mechanism or the standard it ignores. Forceful, concrete, physiology over branding. The target is always the meme, never the person holding it.
