(2 months ago) Destination: Ellestas Family Kingdom Event:Party
"It was a great party, everything was going perfect until...... I got called by my childhood friend Jacob. I went outside and met him".
" What is it Jacob? What makes you call me from the middle of the party? "
"Oh Marcher there you are, you should be careful cause these people look suspicious. "
"Well.. Why is it so? "
"My instincts say something bad-"
"Suddenly people started screaming like crazy I tried to look up to it but Jacob held my and dragged me to his horse".
" Leave this place, I told you it's not safe here, run away faster".
"As I started to rode away with his horse I saw the most terrifying moment in my life. My father's and mother's relatives killed my whole family and they were looking for me".
" I wanted to fight them but I saw some guards getting inside the Ellestas palace. And suddenly there was a loud scream."
"Run!!!!! "
"Few of the guards caught Jacob and few chased me. I rode away away with my horse faster than i could, after a few kilometers we saw a huge forest and went straight in the forest and found a cave. I tied his horse and lit up a fire. Sitting there and thinking 'how can my own cousins do this to me, because of them I became a stray person roaming here and there. It was midnight I was sitting thinking for hours without any food or water or shelter".
"The fire went out I tried to stand and suddenly I collapsed on the floor. The Rocky land beneath me shifted to a soft bed. I woke up after 8hours not in forest but in someone's house, a girl entered and said.
"So you're finally awake, great now I can give you some medicines".
" I thought something wasn't ok, my hands tightened gripped on the blanket. I said, 'What do you want and are you going to kill me".
"Why would I kill you if m pleasured to help a nobel women like you".
" Her warm smile and soft voice were like blessings to me. We ate and talked together, we went outside to watch the fields and hills. She suddenly woke me up in the morning and told me.
"The guards are coming to check for you run away fast.".
"There was a fierce knock on the door I open the back field windows and ran for my life. Something struck my head after I reached the halfway of the long field I forgot my ring in her house I ran back to see if she is ok but when I reached......... She was killed, the guards had left and took the ring away. I took her in my hands crying loudly......."
"There was nothing around but blood on the floor and Shattered Glass".

The girl who took her in, fed her, gave her medicine, and then got killed over that ring is what I keep going back to. My mother kept a girl from her church in our house one whole winter and I never once asked her why she did it. Does Marcher ever learn her name? You never gave us one.

doing it at the party while everyone was inside is cold. do the cousins know she got away or do they think they got the whole family

the girl gave her medicine at night and then woke her in the morning to tell her to run. did she know the guards were coming the whole time

The ring is the bit I keep coming back to. They killed the girl who took her in just to get it back off her. Was that ring what the cousins were after the whole time, or is it something else. Is chapter 2 up yet?
