Among all those who loved Krishna dearly was Radha. Radha and Krishna shared a deep bond of friendship, trust, and devotion. They spent many peaceful moments together in the forests and gardens of Vrindavan, surrounded by flowers, birds, and the gentle Yamuna River.
One evening, Krishna sat beneath a kadamba tree and began playing his flute. Its beautiful melody travelled across Vrindavan. Radha heard the music and came to the garden.
She smiled and said, βKrishna, your flute makes even the flowers seem to dance.β
Krishna smiled and replied, βPerhaps they dance because they are happy.β
