There are many kinds of salt
We have pink and we got white
But there is one that is one type
It is different from the last
This no salt that is seen
No one that could ever taste
You might know what I meant
But I will say it if that is okay
There is health
And there is love
So much wisdom all along
There is happiness that thrives
And this salt is what we are
Even if there comes any doubt
There are fears that come along
But this is something of our own
So confusing but so calm
Is so wonderful to boast
I hope we all can always know
That we are the salt
That shines with such devotion and trust

Going from pink and white salt to a salt nobody can see or taste, my guess is the kitchen version came first and the rest grew from it. I like that it lets doubt and fear in too. I'll look at the salt shaker differently at dinner tonight, Lizzy.
