My report today, I believe it was one of the best classes I've had and one of the best developments since I joined capoeira. It was unbelievable, the fear of making mistakes is fading away, your expectations become high, no one judges you if you make a mistake. Today during training and in the capoeira roda I performed one of the best attributes I'm learning, the fear of making mistakes is finally going away.
What I did in capoeira and in the roda today: ginga, Martelo, spinning kick, aú lateral, front flip, lateral dodge of a kick, benção, coice, "macaquinho" twice in a row, armada with aú with hands, and high spinning double kick with coice.
I confess I felt like a strong and voracious animal that is gradually evolving.
