A story about overthinking, memory, and the moments our minds refuse to let go.
Have you ever remembered something that happened years agoβ¦ and suddenly wondered, βWhy am I still thinking about this?β
Maybe it was one sentence.
One look.
One goodbye.
One ordinary afternoon that somehow became unforgettable.
And sometimes, the strangest part isn't remembering.
It's overthinking what the memory meant.

PermalinkA whole novel around one ordinary afternoon that won't leave someone alone is the kind of story I'm always glad to see here, since the memory doesn't need to be big to matter. I bet the goodbye ends up carrying the most weight, and that the narrator reads it wrong at least once.
Looking forward to the first chapter!
