The challenge of social and economical equality in a democratic society.
Even as a country progresses as a democratic nation, one of the major challenges to its establishment comes from the fact that democracy endorses a type of equality that appears to be seen only in the days of election - political. In democratic society, it is said that people are the source of power but people itself is divided on economic and social lines. By seeing the fact that much of the wealth of the nation is with some ultra-rich people can make people angry but it is the result of the social hierarchies that humans made for the domination of one class, caste and religion over the other. Democracy functions of the consensuses, discourses and association within the people but until democratic leaders at the center doesn't uproot all types of economical and social hierarchies and there is no stop in the people for voting a leader that has contributed more to the division of the society than unification then, the day we achieve social and economical equality in democracy is too far away.
