if you were the moon in the sky,
i would be the star by your side,
with twinkles in my eyes
admiring you brighten the night
if you were the rock on the cliff,
i would be a lily blooming wide
with roots diving under,
enjoying the shade from behind
if you were the bruce in the forest,
i would be a vine outstretch,
with body wrapping around,
pampering you with tender touch
if you were the eagle in the air
i would be feathers on your wings,
helping you soaring without fear,
enjoying battling against the wind
if you were a traveller in time and space,
i would be carrier of velocity,
with excitement of drifting in between,
seeking ways to reach destiny in faith
these are just a few to be told,
more others to come to mind,
with you and me together in life,
