Only 14 days of capoeira and I've already developed my best moves: cartwheel without hands, cartwheel with hands, pirouette, swallow dive, defense, sweep, and kick combinations. He asked for a rematch, and was defeated again.

Permalinkif your teacher's asking for rematches at 14 days, either you're learning from video or he wasn't testing you hard.

Permalinkokay but how does the ginga translate to actual fighting? is this sport-specific or does it carry?
-
Permalinkcan you take him down yet or is the ginga purely standing? asking for reasons.
-

-
Permalinkfourteen days and instructor-level already? were you training multiple hours daily or just naturally wired different?
