Give me a subtle hug that brings me peace, like the love I’ve always needed.
The day is cloudy and the leaves are sad. Hard to understand what happened today.
It’s not just about nature, it’s my post-traumatic stress. I’m freezing up, I don’t think I know what to do.
Every time this happens to me, I feel a piece of me and of nature dying. The perception of life turns dark. I have so many things to carry in my mind.
Every time this happens to me, I feel a piece of me and of nature dying. It feels so deep, so dark like a medieval dungeon.
Hug me like it’s the first time. Take me home safely. Look me deep in the eyes.
It feels like there’s no future anymore. My post-traumatic stress changes how I see life and the future. It feels like nature dies when a piece of me is gone. I should run away, run far and hide.
Every time this happens to me, I feel a piece of me and of nature dying. It feels so deep, so dark like a medieval dungeon.
And it’s not something so simple to understand, like an addictive song echoing in my ears.
I’m alone again, disappointed, hopeless like a bird without its wings and without its freedom to be free forever.
Feelings like the wind
