You don’t have to have your life figured out.
Sometimes progress is simply admitting that something isn’t working anymore. A relationship. A habit. An addiction. The way you’ve been living.
Change doesn’t start with motivation. It starts when you stop lying to yourself about where you are.
That’s enough for the first step.
