Today I did a sequence of au (the famous one-handed cartwheel), then five sequences of au without hands. I also performed the famous "macaquinho" three times in a row, linking the hammer kick with a side au. My teacher praised me today. That's the spirit. I feel my body stronger, more flexible, with better and sharper stability and balance, and I'm also developing muscle memory. #capoeira

Linking the hammer kick straight into the side au looks like the hardest bit of the whole list to me, since the handoff between two moves is where things usually fall apart. Three in a row means it's sticking.
