I used this 5-hit combo in my capoeira training hahaha. Man, it was so awesome to pull it off without any trouble with stance, flexibility, kicks and coordination.

Let me explain better: this combo can fit into capoeira, and each of these moves has specific names. You can. The main point here is: "malícia".

"Malícia" in capoeira is about trying to trick, outsmart and confuse your opponent with kicks that follow a different rhythm, but with the same purpose. The last two kicks are like flying side kicks, or almost a "martelo", or a reverse spinning kick on the final move.

After that, you go back to ginga again and give space to your opponent, but without actually hitting them.

the part i like is that you're not just executing moves, you're getting the philosophy behind it. that's the real learning right there

malicia sounds like the move name for what i'm doing when i pretend i'm not watching someone's form so i can copy it later

wait so malicia is like the mind game part, not just the physical moves? that sounds way more interesting than i expected

do you feel the malicia part coming naturally, or is that something you have to think through on every rep?
