  I remember my nephew going through exam season, and what struck me was how the weeks just blur together once you're in it, and then suddenly it's done and he came out the other side alright. The waiting was worse than the actual exams.

  Exams bring out the worst in your own mind sometimes, not just the test itself. The hardest part is usually not sitting for the exam but keeping yourself from reviewing for one more hour when you should be resting instead.

  My eldest went into exam season like she was going into battle, and the thing that actually helped most was just making sure she ate regular meals and went to bed. How are you managing the day-to-day stuff?
