You probably heard this somewhere that everything is illusion, right? Well the real truth is no nothing is illusion but yeah what we live is illusion. We are living in false identification.

Illusion - something which isn't there but considered to be exsist.

Like a lie it is considered to be there but in actual case lie doesn't exist.

The only reason that we live in illusion because of our belief system. We believe that what we are actually a ego, or a body, or a thought or experiencer.

Yes we are not even experincer. Then what are we? We are simply a presence or other popular name is oneness.

Presence - When seer and the subject which is it seeing become one. When you don't able to find any distance or any difference between both.

This knowledge of oneness when everything falls down and become one. This is what actually happening in this exsistence.

See wherever you go no matter what, it would be a state of oneness. This is why I said you can practice sum up meditation to practically know about this knowledge. Or you can simply repeat this knowledge until you no longer find any difference between the experiencer and experiences.

This is the correct reason why it is called illusion because it put a blind fold on us and make so so so sure that we are right about our identifications. Our identifications of family about our body about our mind and about whole personality. This is false.....

How can I be so sure this is false and not a lie? Well this is why I said you have to develop experiences based learning first. Because you keep on asking things but you never try to know things by yourself. How can you know it? Simply by checking your experience.

See experiences are also illusion because it depends on person to person. So in end does it mean our proof which we get from experience is also an illusion? The short answer is yes.

Then what is really happening? Then what is actually truth? What is it that give answers to everything? What is it?

Nothing. If you are trying to find answers then sorry to say you are still under control of illusion.

Then what best you can do to make sure to come out of this illusion?

Sum up meditation is best way to do things. Isn't sum up meditation also illusion? No it is not. Because this is what actually happening in this exsistence.

See the whole point of this meditation depends upon become what you already are. This thing is out of intelligence if you try to comprehend it with intelligent. Then you are going to fail miserably. Do this meditation. Well truth to be told this meditation cannot be actually done. Because doing required actions and how can you perform actions on things which you already achieved or which you already are? So this is a best way to remove your ignorance and eliminate the control of illusion on you.

See in end whatever I say if you don't understand it and don't apply it then it simply means you are not fully developed to do it.

Still I will try to give most easy answer.

You are yourself A ultimate truth - you are experiencer and you are illusion of experiences. You are ego, you are body, you are thoughts, you are experiencer, you are presence you are oneness, you are completeness, you are exsistence. Everything is you, everything starts from you and everything ends to you.

Become what you already are. Simply a presence nothing more. You are already a presence at this very right moment.

Presence, in your telling, is the seer and the thing seen leaving no distance between them. The hesychasts met that wall praying the Jesus Prayer, and Palamas answered by keeping a distinction instead of dissolving one: you share the energies, never the essence. I read that as the East declining the collapse.

A meditation that cannot be done, because you cannot act your way into something you already are. That is the part I keep turning over, it reads like a trap and it also reads like it might be right. Thank you for writing the whole thing out instead of dropping the conclusion!

The definition up top does a lot of work and the ending contradicts it. Illusion is something that isn't there but is taken to exist, and midway we get told we are not even the experiencer. Then the close says you are the experiencer, you are ego, you are body. I can't tell which one you want to be load bearing.

  • Is therapy just confession with the theology stripped out?

One of the funniest things about secular modern culture is watching people reinvent Christianity piece by piece while acting intellectually superior the entire time. People abandoned confession and now pay someone $240 plus taxes an hour to listen to them describe their guilt in a softly lit room. They abandoned sin and replaced it with "unprocessed trauma." They abandoned repentance and replaced it with "doing the work." They abandoned examination of conscience and replaced it with journaling…

  • Did Catholic monotheism make the universe safe to study?

It is easy to tell the story of science as a clean break from religion. Enlightenment replaces superstition, observation replaces faith, reason replaces authority. It sounds tidy, and it flatters modern assumptions. But it misses something more interesting and, honestly, more uncomfortable for that narrative: the idea that the universe is intelligible in the first place is not self-evident. It is a metaphysical claim. And Catholic monotheism is one of the major historical reasons that claim…

  • Does secular society still believe in original sin?

One of the funniest things about modern secular culture is that it absolutely still believes in original sin. It just refuses to call it that because theological language makes educated people uncomfortable. Listen to how modern institutions describe human beings. We are governed by unconscious bias, shaped by childhood conditioning, manipulated by algorithms, trapped in dopamine loops, distorted by social incentives, blinded by ideology, and mostly incapable of seeing our own motivations…

  • Is simulation theory just theism with extra steps?

One of the funniest intellectual developments of the last decade is watching aggressively secular people reinvent religion using computer terminology and then acting like this makes the idea more rational. Simulation theory is the clearest example. The basic concept is familiar by now, but I'll summarize: our universe might be an artificial simulation created by a vastly more advanced intelligence. Reality is likely programmed. Consciousness could exist inside a designed system. The laws of…

  • Why does Silicon Valley talk about death like it's a software bug?

One of the clearest signs that modern secular elite culture is uneasy about death is how Silicon Valley talks about it. The human body is treated like legacy hardware waiting for an upgrade. In place of acceptance, you get optimization: longevity startups, cryonics, extreme biohacking, and constant speculation about whether enough computation and biotech might eventually defeat death itself. Tech billionaires talk with pride about potentially transferring their consciousness to a computer, as…

  • Were people really any dumber in the past?

There is a habit in modern thinking that treats the past as a kind of half-awake state, as if the Age of Enlightenment woke us up. People imagine ancient societies as crowded with superstition, as if belief itself was less disciplined before modern science arrived to rescue it. It is a comforting story because it makes the present feel like an intellectual peak rather than just another arrangement of limits and assumptions.

  • Is there any conservative ideology left to recognize in the Republican party?

I used to think I understood what I was part of. Not in a blind, devotional way, but in the sense that there was a rough consistency to it. Free markets, free trade, small government. Respect for institutions, personal responsibility, suspicion of concentrated power, especially when it showed up in Washington. Remember that? You didn’t have to agree with every position, but you could at least recognize the shape of the ideology.

  • Do conservatives actually own the Church?

I am tired of conservatives acting like they own the Church. They do not. The Church is older than the political right, older than trad nostalgia, older than the American culture war, and older than the faction that keeps trying to turn its own instincts into orthodoxy. If you look at Christian history instead of clinging to one preferred snapshot of it, the record points the other way.
