We are thrilled to welcome you to our community. Books & Paws Lahore (BPL) is a 100% student-led initiative dedicated to two vital causes: improving Child Literacy and advancing Animal Welfare in our beautiful city.
To kick things off, we are extremely excited to unveil our official logo!
This symbol perfectly represents our dual mission: the open book for learning and the paw print for our furry friends, both held carefully in nurturing hands, with a subtle nod to Lahore's iconic heritage in the background. It embodies the core values we represent—care, community, and active youth leadership.
This channel will be our central hub for organization, updates, and impact. Over the coming days, we will be sharing details on our very first Zero-Budget Initiatives:
📚 The Neighborhood Book Drive: How you can donate used textbooks and stationery.
🏺 Project 'Katta' (Water Bowl Initiative): Our simple plan to provide water for stray animals during the intense Lahore heat.
This is a space for action. We are a team with zero budget, but we believe in the power of student drive, community support, and immense heart. Thank you for believing in this vision. Together, we can make Lahore a kinder, better place.
