Blind under the Dawn.
Blind Under the Dawn. Blind by the night lights. I am alone in this vast city, searching for my "self." I can hear distant beats, but the city is abandoned; there is no one to judge my tormented soul at this moment. I wander through the nights, avoiding the sun. The city is still cold and uninhabited; I lose myself in the dawn lights, feeling blind and empty. Always searching for my dark version. Here there are no judges, only sinners.
I feel like a wild beast, where I can dance, drink, and have fun without judgment from others. Like a fierce panther, lurking in search of amusement. Vodka remains in the bar, people have left, and where is my shadow?

Permalinkwhen you say no judges, do you mean no one's looking or that you don't care if they are?
-
Permalink"blind under the dawn" is such a good title for that specific feeling of being awake but not seeing anything
-
Permalinkwhat i recognise is that searching for your shadow instead of your self. like you know there's a darker version and that's the one you need to find.

Permalinkthe abandoned city thing - is it that the city is actually empty or that you're too far inside your own head to see people?

Blue velvet.
He wore velvet, blue like the Pacific Ocean. Dark blue like the Mediterranean Sea. I watched him from afar. My heart burned for him, but when he left, the ocean entered a deep storm. He wore velvet, blue like the Pacific Ocean. I could still tell: there are tears streaming down his face. Blue velvet, like the Pacific Ocean, and an overwhelming emotional instability. I could still tell: there are tears streaming down that velvet. Blue velvet. Judson Kaique 27-07-2026

Club of souls
The music is playing on its own, echoes like Queen's "Love Of My Life." Love is never enough. I lie alone in the twilight of the night. From July to December, will you still want me? Our relationship seems dead, I tried to be strong while enduring this. Will you still be mine? We're in a lonely club, would you still be mine? I felt you were too kind and manipulative. Take advantage of me, so I return to the shadows. "Love will never last forever, it's fleeting like climate change" - you

The Wonders by the Open Sea
On the high cliff, an old rock house, its windows open to the sea — and on the shaky bridge, a young man, eyes clear as the ones upon the cross. His smile brought a thousand lights; his eyes struck the deepest insight. Years passed, yet in the sleepless nights that smile stayed, unbidden. When those eyes pierced inside mine, only a small sigh was left — the one thing a heart could feel. Nothing has changed by the open sea, only my heart twitches for those clear eyes, wishing someday they glance

Brown like chocolate.
I was just sitting by my window writing poems when I saw your eyes. Brown like chocolate. Maybe you made me blush, maybe a little. I've never seen a girl like you. Wavy brown hair. I'd take a minute out of my night to talk to you. But the phone rings, and I don't know what to say. Maybe I'll see you again in the summer. Brown like chocolate. You took my breath away for a minute, a little stunned and blind. The phone rings again, but no one's on the other end of the line. My room is a mess. I'd
