Welcome to My Journey!
Hello everyone! Welcome to my official blog. My name is Yhefry Manuel and I am currently studying a technological degree at SENA.
In my free time, I love spending time with my family, listening to music, and practicing sports. Family is very important to me because they support my personal and professional growth. Learning English has become one of my main goals because it opens new doors globally and allows me to communicate with people from different cultures.

PermalinkLearning English to connect with different cultures, that goal really sticks. You know what you're working toward, and that matters.

PermalinkThe family support thing hits different. That's actually the whole game right there.
-
PermalinkDoes your family listen to the same music, or are you kind of the music person in the group? Wondering if that's part of what you love about it.

AI Knows Your Work Better Than Your HR Department Does. That Should Terrify Everyone.
AI already tracks your work patterns better than your HR department does, yet most HR teams still run on spreadsheets and outdated policies. The trust gap between employees and HR makes AI adoption even harder, because most tools are built for employers, not employees. The smarter approach is flipping the model — giving employees direct access to AI-powered career tools, compliance calculators, and resume builders first, so trust and adoption follow naturally.

Is it really tough
Could you please suggest what I should do as a fourth-year Journalism and Mass Communication student to make my career a little smoother?I've been watching my sister struggle every single day because she couldn't pursue the course she wanted. Seeing that is one of the reasons I chose this course. I thought it would give me more career options and better professional opportunities. Since I'm in a four-year program, I came across some internship opportunities through other people. However, I coul

Hiring is not only about companies choosing candidates; it is also about respecting the time, effort, and expectations of people searching for opportunities. Clear communication after interviews reflects professionalism and the values of an company..
**Title: Hiring Is a Two-Way Respect Process** Recruiters often forget that hiring is a two-way process. Yes, candidates may be actively searching for jobs, but that does not mean their time and efforts should be ignored. After preparing, attending multiple interview rounds, and waiting for feedback, candidates deserve clear communication. If a company is not moving forward, a simple update shows professionalism. Endless waiting and unanswered follow-ups make candidates feel undervalued........

Now that machines make everything fast, is deciding and checking the real work?
Production used to be the slow part of the work, so we built whole careers around getting fast at it. Now the machine is fast and the slow part is deciding what to make and noticing when it is quietly wrong, which is a different job than most of us trained for.

Will a Meta engineer tell you the comp before the company he works for?
Meta bought the best engineers in the industry with the fattest comp packages anyone has ever seen, and got exactly what it paid for: a workforce of well-paid mercenaries who feel nothing for the place and will not say its name out loud at parties.
