My Baking Blog
Hi everyone! My favorite hobby is baking delicious desserts. I have loved baking since I was ten years old. My grandmother taught me how to make my first chocolate cake, and I really enjoyed it. After that day, I have baked many different desserts, and baking has become one of my favorite activities.
I usually bake on weekends or whenever I have free time. I make chocolate cakes, dulce de leche (majar) cakes, cookies, lemon pie, cupcakes, brownies, and many other sweet treats. I always try new recipes, and sometimes I make mistakes, but I learn from them. My family and friends love tasting my desserts, and they always encourage me to keep baking.
People sometimes think I bake only because I like eating sweets, but that isn’t the reason. I do it because baking makes me feel happy and relaxed. I enjoy being creative and sharing my desserts with other people. I hope to learn even more recipes in the future because baking is a hobby that has brought a lot of joy to my life.
