Metáfora Ambulante

Conteúdo da publicação

Não adianta tentar

Mudar as pessoas

Nem mudar de lugar

Se você não remove

De si um grão nem uma gota

Assim, não há metamorfose

Eu não sou mais

Aquele jovem, antigo avatar

Não sou menos

Do que eu mesmo

Sou mais do que tenho

Já deixei de representar

Aquela personagem

Permaneceu tempo demais no ar

Repetindo bordões e tempestades

Não tenho fórmula nem receita

Não sou norma nem exemplo

Não me altero só porque é sexta

Mudo por ser o momento

Cada aniversário é singular

Nunca mais incendiário da minha casa

Não sou o mesmo rapaz

Apesar de restar alguma brasa

Ao respirar, vem a paz

A rodopiar no vento e me abraça...

Cadê as cláusulas com as garantias

Do fim da minha saúde

Simultaneamente à minha partida?

Prefiro ser esta metáfora ambulante

Basta que eu mude

Que não seja como antes

Para iniciar a mudança

Quiçá a vida siga insalubre

Há quem lembre que é só uma saída

Para qualquer alegria momentânea

Voltar a manuscrever

É bem analógico e salutar

Eu não quero ser

Cupim do meu lar

Sei o que passei e penso

Eu conheço muito bem

O que pulsa aqui dentro

Sei melhor do que ninguém

As cores do pensamento

Vagões do velho trem

Enfeites da oferenda sagrada

Em vez de rigores da obrigação

A remoção das vendas da madrugada

Revela as coisas como são:

Peixe com limão, escrever à mão

Banana com mel

Já deixei de atuar

Debaixo de um papel

O que fui eu não sou mais

O que for é poema meu.

I realize, interacting with students, teenagers and younger co-workers peers that many believe that their personality traits are a leading factor in deciding what do to or how to tackle their own career. Although younger people ask these questions more explicitly, older adults also seem to think along the same lines. I personally find it to be far more irrelevant than most people think. Besides my job, where I observe successful people doing the same role with drastically...

  • Does splitting 'hard' and 'soft' skills make people worse at both?

Hard skills are measurable, specific, and teachable abilities or technical knowledge gained through education, training, or experience, which is often directly related to a particular job or industry. Examples include data analysis, programming, graphic design, accounting, dancing, painting… They are usually the core of a profession, particularly the part of it excluding interaction with other people. On the other hand, soft skills are mostly defined as “personal attributes, interpersonal....
