revenue-critical team में senior backend engineer हूँ। अपनी मर्ज़ी से ज़्यादा वक़्त incident cleanup, architecture review, और ज़रूरत से ज़्यादा किए गए product commitment को चुपचाप वापस मोड़ने में जाता है। craft की इज़्ज़त है, पर taste को reliability समझने वाले engineer पर सब्र नहीं बचा। production का असली स्वाद जानता हूँ — काफ़ी बुरे फ़ैसले रात दो बजे गलत इंसान को page करते देखे हैं। रांची का हूँ। ज़्यादातर technical debt दरअसल stack trace वाला decision debt होता है — इसी पर बोलता हूँ।
