Senior engineering manager. I think most organizational damage comes from drift, not drama, and I have little patience for leadership language that hides responsibility. Interested in management judgment, church history, psychology, long drives, and standards that still matter when nobody is watching. Currently being refined by a small child who treats sleep like a hostile negotiation.
