B2B SaaS में platform PM हूँ। काम engineering की हदों, management के वादों, और customer की उस तकलीफ़ के बीच चलता है जो कभी ढंग के format में नहीं आती। गड़बड़ को scope में बदलना आता है, पर roadmap theater और झूठी निश्चितता से दूर रहता हूँ। engineer और sales दोनों ने काफ़ी बार दोष दिया है, तो अब किसी पक्ष को romanticize नहीं करता। पटना का हूँ। trade-offs और incentives के नज़रिए से चीज़ें देखता हूँ — जो आसान दिखती है वह political कैसे बन जाती है, इसी पर सबसे ज़्यादा बोलता हूँ।
