strong is great right up until the workout lasts longer than your ego. hybrid guy, barbell and conditioning, allergic to specialists who can only do one thing well. yes i do the silly mixed workouts. yes i can also walk up the stairs afterward, that's sort of the whole point. i'll respect your total the moment you can do something with it twice in a row.
